Senior Marketing Consultant

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Senior Marketing Professional in Boston, MA!

Seeking a senior consultant to design a shared project management operating model for its Marketing and Communications functions and develop a build-ready blueprint for an upcoming Asana implementation.

Key details:
-Engagement: September 8–November 6, 2026
-Schedule: Part time, 20 hours per week
-Location: Primarily remote
-On-site: Occasional Tuesdays; Boston-area candidates strongly preferred
-Bachelor’s degree required
-Pay rate is $78/hour

Responsibilities:
-Assess workflows across Marketing and Communications.
-Identify process gaps, redundancies, silos, and opportunities for collaboration.
-Facilitate stakeholder sessions and establish a shared operating model.
-Create a detailed Asana implementation blueprint covering workspace architecture, project structures, task hierarchies, custom fields, intake forms, approval workflows, and dashboards.
-Document current-state and recommended future-state processes.
-Support the handoff to Asana’s onboarding team.
-Review the platform configuration and identify gaps before launch.
-Establish governance practices, documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.
-Help teams adopt the new processes and prepare internal owners to maintain the system.

Ideal candidate:
-7+ years of experience across marketing, communications, digital, or creative operations.
-Significant agency experience managing multiple clients, disciplines, and concurrent workstreams.
-Strong hands-on Asana expertise; certification is preferred.
-Experience translating strategy and requirements into build-ready implementation specifications.
-Strong background in process redesign and change management.
-Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
-Experience leading complex projects with distributed teams.
-Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience is preferred.
