Warehouse Worker
Trillium Staffing is now seeking Warehouse Workers in Oxford, MI!
Job Summary
-Responsible for stocking and organizing inventory, picking customer orders, preparing shipments, conducting inventory counts, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse.
-Operates forklifts as needed and ensures orders are accurate, properly packaged, labeled, and staged for shipment.
Essential Duties
-Stock overflow and pick locations and prepare products for order picking
-Pick, package, palletize, wrap, label, and stage customer orders
-Verify orders are accurate and free of damage; report discrepancies
-Operate stand-up/man-lift forklifts as needed and perform daily equipment inspections
-Conduct physical inventory counts
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-Perform other duties as assigned
Physical & Work Environment
-Lift and move up to 50 pounds
-Work in a warehouse environment, including elevated positions up to 25 feet
-Regularly work around moving mechanical equipment
-Indoor, non-climate-controlled environment, including heat during summer months
-Warehouse products may contain common allergens
Pay rate is $17.00/hour. All shifts available!
Schedule:
-1st Shift, M-Th 8:00am – 6:30pm*
-2nd Shift, M-Th 12:00pm – 10:30pm*
-3rd Shift, M-Th 8:30pm – 7:00am*
*Due to the nature of this position work outside of normal hours may be required.

Requirements
-High School Diploma or equivalent required
-Previous warehouse experience preferred
-Forklift experience preferred
-Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
-Ability to accurately count inventory
-Strong communication and teamwork skills
