Supply Chain Account Manager
Trillium Professional is seeking an Automotive Supply Chain Account Manager to support an OEM client in Reno, NV.
This is a contract-to-hire (conversion eligible after 90 days) position. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 30–40 hours per week with flexibility for supplier and OEM calls. Pay rate is $31–$35/hour, depending on experience, with a strong likelihood of pay increase upon conversion based on performance and overall contributions during the contract period.
This role serves as a key liaison between a leading automotive manufacturer and its supplier network. The Account Manager will ensure clear communication, alignment of production requirements, and proactive resolution of supply chain issues. This is a coordination-focused role centered on account continuity and operational support, not sales.
Key Responsibilities
-Act as the primary point of contact between OEM stakeholders and assigned suppliers
-Coordinate communication related to order status, supply availability, and production needs
-Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and potential risks
-Escalate and help resolve supply chain issues impacting production or delivery
-Support quoting, pricing updates, and contract or program changes
-Maintain accurate account activity and communication records within ERP/CRM systems
-Participate in cross-functional meetings with supply chain, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams
-Ensure timely and accurate information flow across all stakeholders
-Assist with reporting, documentation, and operational updates

Required Qualifications
-3–7 years of experience in account management, customer service, supply chain coordination, or similar roles within automotive or manufacturing
-Experience working with suppliers, vendors, or OEM/Tier environments
-Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Preferred Qualifications
-Automotive, EV, or advanced manufacturing experience
-Familiarity with ERP and/or CRM systems
-Background in supplier coordination or production support
-Understanding of logistics, supply chain flow, or production scheduling
-Experience in non-commission-based account coordination roles
