Test Engineer

Trillium Professional is now seeking a remote Test Engineer for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Santa Clara, CA!

Pay rate is $75 - $92/hour. We’re looking for a Test Creation and Quality Expert; someone with the technical ability to analyze the issues reported from vehicle testing, create test suites, manage infrastructure, and analyze changes. 

Responsibilities:
-Work on Autonomous Vehicle Software for end-to-end problem analysis for the issues reported from daily test.
-Execute analyses process of problem analysis, including issue triage, root cause analysis, issue categorization, issue reporting and summary.
-Create test suites, manage test configurations, and manage infrastructure for running tests.
-Analyze accuracy of tests and root cause errors that lead to test inaccuracy.
-Communicate with Dev team to understand the functional design, keep the technology knowhow up to date.
-Develop the documentation and tools for issue analysis.
-Collect test data from routine incar test, provide the feedback of software performance after testing/analysis.

-Experience with start-ups / Robotics / mechanical engineering debugging / autonomy testing / gaming experience!
-Bachelors/Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
-2+ years of experience 
-Strong experience with Python/C++ and SQL in a software driven environment
-Strong coding exposure, CI/CD pipelines
