Delivery Driver

Trillium Driver Solutions is looking for a dependable NON-CDL Delivery Driver for a full-time, first-shift opportunity in Indianapolis, IN!

If you’re looking for a Monday-Friday schedule, consistent hours, home daily work, and overtime potential, this could be a great fit.

Schedule & Pay
-Monday-Friday
-8:00 AM start time
-Average 8-10 hour days, typically finishing around 5:00 PM
-$22-$23/hour
-Overtime after 40 hours
-Home daily – no weekends!

What You’ll Be Doing
-Drivers will operate a 26-ft box truck and/or 26-ft stake bed/flatbed making local deliveries of water well and related products throughout the area.
-Products may include well pumps, well mud, trenching pipeline, and other water well supplies.

This is a hands-on driving position, so we’re looking for someone who doesn’t mind getting out of the truck and staying active throughout the day.

You’ll start each morning in the warehouse where you’ll:
-Pick and pull orders for the day’s deliveries
-Load and organize your truck
-Make scheduled deliveries to customer/job sites
-Load and unload products primarily by hand
-Utilize a forklift at job sites for larger or heavier products when available
-Driver must be okay with physical work and working in warehouse

This is a great opportunity for a driver who enjoys a mix of driving, physical activity, and warehouse work rather than sitting behind the wheel all day.
