Electrical Foreman - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking an experienced Licensed Journeyman Electrical Foreman near Alexandria, MN. 

Projects include retail remodels, tenant improvements, office build-outs, grocery stores, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and other mid-sized commercial projects. The Foreman will oversee daily field operations, coordinate manpower, maintain project schedules, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities
•  Lead and supervise crews of Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians on commercial job sites.
•  Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and coordinate manpower to meet project schedules.
•  Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, one-line diagrams, and project drawings.
•  Install and oversee installation of EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit systems.
•  Pull, terminate, and test power, low-voltage, and control wiring.
•  Install and troubleshoot electrical distribution equipment including panels, transformers, disconnects, lighting systems, and branch circuitry.

Pay: Up to $65
Per Diem: $125 / day for all 7 days
Schedule: Mon - Fri, some weekend work, 40h+ / week
