Production Worker

Trillium Staffing is now seeking Production Workers in Battle Creek, MI!

Pay rate is $17 on 1st shift, $17 on 3rd shift plus 6% night shift premium. Candidates are paid bi-weekly.

1st shift:
* Week 1: Monday–Wednesday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Week 2: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Schedule rotates between 3-day and 4-day workweeks.

3rd Shift:
* Week 1: Monday–Wednesday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
* Week 2: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
* Schedule rotates between 3-day and 4-day workweeks.

The Production Associate is responsible for setting up and operating production equipment used to manufacture ceramic media while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

Responsibilities
* Set up, operate, monitor, and shut down production equipment.
* Perform basic machine troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
* Monitor raw material levels and replenish supplies as needed.
* Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Follow all production processes and work instructions.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
* Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
* Assist in other production areas as needed to support customer demand.

Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED preferred.
* 1–3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
* Ability to operate manufacturing equipment (forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus).
* Experience using basic measuring tools, such as calipers, is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
* Frequently lift, push, or pull up to 60 pounds
