Class A Truck Driver

Trillium Drivers is now seeking experienced Class A Regional Truck Drivers in Wixom, MI for a direct-hire opportunity!

Pay rate is $29.50 per hour, with OT after 40 hours. Schedule is Monday - Friday. No weekends! This is first shift starting at 7AM but must be flexible. 

Position Overview:
-Primary role as a Class A Truck Driver.
-Operating an Automatic Transmission hauling batteries to automotive plants, dealerships, etc. Must be confident with backing into tighter areas. 
-95% of deliveries are No-Touch. Any unloading that may be required will be done utilizing an electric pallet jack. 
-This is a regional position. Drivers MUST be willing to stay overnight in a Sleeper Cab. $55 Per Diem is given per night slept in the truck.
-Drivers must also have a minimum of 3 years of recent Class A Experience. 
Miscellaneous: 
-Must have a Hazmat Endorsement. 
-Must be able to work in all weather conditions. 
-Proper and thorough Pre and Post trips are crucial. 
-Must be self-directed, self-motivated, confident, and decisive. -Excellent customer service skills are a must. 
-Must have knowledge of DOT regulations, Electronic Logging Devices, and Hours of Service rules.
-Driving company vehicle safely and responsibly per DOT regulations. 
-Must be customer service oriented and personable.

Qualifications:
-Valid CDL Class A License.
-At least 3+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class A driving experience. 
-Hazmat Endorsement is Required. 
-Valid DOT Medical Card.
-Clean MVR.
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
