Structural Welder - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking Structural Welders near Rayville, LA.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural welding using 7018 electrodes in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. 
- Weld and fabricate mezzanines, platforms, structural beams, and miscellaneous metal components. 
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols. 
- Fit, align, and assemble structural steel members prior to welding. 
- Inspect welds for quality and ensure compliance with applicable codes and company standards. 
- Operate welding, cutting, and grinding equipment safely and efficiently. 
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures. 

Pay: Up to $35
Per Diem: $150 / day for all 7 days if full schedule is worked. 
Schedule: Mon - Sat, 60h / week

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a structural welder. 
- Proficient in SMAW (7018 stick welding) on structural steel. 
- Experience welding mezzanines, platforms, beams, stairs, handrails, and miscellaneous metals. 
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols. 
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to qaulity workmanship. 
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
