Forklift Operator

Trillium Drivers is hiring a Forklift Operator in Cincinnati, OH!

Schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Overtime available). Pay rate is $18.75/hour.

We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience and be comfortable assisting with shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
-Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and store materials throughout the warehouse.
-Receive incoming shipments and accurately put away stock using an RF scanner.
-Process materials into the Direct-to-Stock (DTS) inventory system.
-Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment.
-Pull orders for next-day deliveries.
-Assist with shipping and receiving duties.
-Perform wire cutting as needed.
-Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization.
-Cross-train in the shipping and wire departments.
-Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
-Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.

Qualifications
-Previous forklift operating experience required.
-Shipping and receiving experience preferred.
-Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
-Ability to read work orders and shipping documents.
-Basic math and computer skills.
-Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
