CNC Machinist
Trillium Staffing is now seeking a CNC Machinist in Cedar Grove, NJ for a direct-hire opportunity!
Compensation: $23-$36/hour DOE + Quarterly Bonus.
We are seeking a CNC Operator II with experience in Swiss-style CNC machining to join a precision manufacturing team. This role is responsible for machine setup, changeovers, tooling adjustments, program edits, inspections, and maintaining tight-tolerance production.

If you have hands-on Citizen Cincom experience and can hit the ground running in a Swiss machining environment, we’d like to talk with you.
What We’re Looking For
-2+ years of Swiss CNC setup and operation experience
-Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
-Experience with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
-Ability to perform setups, tooling changes, offsets, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision
-Understanding of machining fundamentals, speeds/feeds, and material properties
Highly Preferred
-Direct experience with Citizen Cincom Swiss machines
-Experience with guide bushings, collets, bar feeders, and Swiss machine changeovers
-Background in medical device, aerospace, electronics, or precision machining environments
