Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Food Safety Director for direct hire in Lake City, MN!
Schedule is Monday through Friday, year round. Annual salary is $49-52K. Benefits package available.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Education and Work Experience
-Meet USDA professional standards according to school enrollment
-Experience in HACCP, OSHA, and safety programs.
Certifications and Licensures
-SERVSafe Certification or ability to obtain within 30-days
-Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required.
Computer/Technology Knowledge
-Ability to learn and navigate Microsoft office programs including but not limited to, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Teams, and SharePoint
-Ability to operate food service-related information systems.
-Operate Point of Sale (POS) system
-Ability to utilize HR and Payroll system.
Supervisory Skills
• Ability to direct and supervise team members according to district policies while following the company values
General Requirements
• Ability to understand financial data including P&Ls, KPIs, and related financial data pieces and make good decisions using that data
• Ability to translate financial data to applicable audiences
• Ability to identify and exercise high emotional intelligence personally and with others.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision
• Must pass background checks and drug test
