Auto Body Paint Technician
Trillium Staffing is now hiring Paint & Body Technicians in Bethlehem, PA!

Job Details:
-Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; 48 hours guaranteed per week
-Overtime available Friday and Saturday
-Pay: $21–$28/hour DOE
-Contract-to-Hire
-Flexible to work 1st shift now and potentially transition to 2nd shift in the future
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare equipment surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming
-Apply paint and finish coats using spray equipment
-Perform touch-up work and correct imperfections as needed
-Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
-Clean and maintain painting equipment and work areas
-Follow safety and quality standards throughout the painting process

What We’re Looking For:
-Experience in industrial painting, automotive painting, auto body, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus
-Comfortable using spray guns, sanders, grinders, and hand tools
-Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
-Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Experience (Not Required):
-Auto body repair or refinishing
-Industrial or manufacturing painting
-Surface preparation, sanding, masking, and priming
-Paint mixing and color matching
-Paint booth or spray painting experience
-Heavy equipment, truck, or machinery painting
