Welder

Trillium Staffing is seeking a motivated welder for a local company.

Under the direction of supervision, the welder will weld metal components with welding equipment to fit and join, fabricate, and repair heavy and large mechanical products. 

Essential Duties:
-Weld steel components with welding equipment as specified by procedures, layouts, blueprints, diagrams, work orders or oral instructions
-Read, understand, and follow job order specifications
-Maintain level of work performance in accordance with company’s standards and job order specifications
-Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure

Hours are 2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30 pm - 12:00 am. Pay rate is $19.00 an hour.

Qualifications:
-Must be able to pass a weld test
-2 years-experience in a production environment
-Welder must have the ability to wear PPE (face shield, welding helmet and welding gloves)
-MIG
-High School diploma or GED required
-2 years-experience
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
