Electrical Assembly Technician

Trillium Staffing is now hiring Electrical Assembly Technicians in Bethlehem, PA!

Looking for a hands-on career building and installing electrical systems for aerial lift trucks? Join a growing team with a 4-day work week, overtime opportunities, and on-the-job training for mechanically and electrically inclined individuals.

Job Details:
-Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; 48 hours guaranteed per week
-Overtime available Friday and Saturday
-Pay: $21–$28/hour DOE
-Contract-to-Hire
-Flexible to work 1st shift now and potentially transition to 2nd shift in the future

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in the installation and wiring of electrical systems and components on aerial lift equipment
-Route and connect wiring, harnesses, switches, and electrical components
-Use hand and power tools to assemble and install equipment
-Follow wiring diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions
-Perform basic testing and inspections to verify functionality
-Support troubleshooting and repairs as needed
-Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

What We’re Looking For:
-Mechanical or electrical aptitude and a willingness to learn
-Comfortable using hand and power tools
-Manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, automotive, construction, trade school, military, or electrical experience is a plus
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Experience (Not Required):
-Electrical assembly, wiring, or technician experience
-Reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, or schematics
-Using multimeters or basic testing equipment
-Automotive, industrial, or mobile equipment electrical work
-Basic mechanical or hydraulic knowledge
