Hydraulic Assembly Technician
Trillium Staffing is now hiring Hydraulic Assembly Technicians in Bethlehem, PA!
Looking for a hands-on career building hydraulic systems for aerial lift trucks? Join a growing team with a 4-day work week, plenty of overtime opportunities, and on-the-job training for mechanically inclined individuals.
Job Details:
-Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; 48 hours guaranteed per week
-Overtime available Friday and Saturday
-Pay: $21–$28/hour DOE
-Contract-to-Hire
-Flexible to work 1st shift now and potentially transition to 2nd shift in the future
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in the assembly and installation of hydraulic components on aerial lift equipment
-Install hoses, fittings, pumps, valves, cylinders, and related components
-Use hand and power tools to build and install parts and assemblies
-Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and work procedures
-Support testing, inspections, and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For:
-Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
-Experience using hand and power tools
-Manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, automotive, diesel, construction, farming, military mechanical, or trade school experience is a plus
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Experience
-Hydraulic assembly or installation experience
-Reading blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings
-Mobile equipment, heavy equipment, diesel, or industrial maintenance experience
-Basic electrical knowledge
-Forklift or crane experience
