Administrative Assistant

Trillium Professional is now seeking an Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Rocklin, CA!

Pay rate is $24-32 per hour. Once converted to permanent employee will receive benefits; Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K.

-Strong organizational and follow-through skills 
-Comfort with high-volume communication 
-Ability to learn monitoring platforms and WO management systems quickly
-Process-oriented mindset 
-Ideally: some background in field service coordination, logistics dispatch, or service operations
-High School Diploma
-Excellent communication skills in English
-MS Office – Word, Excel
-MS Outlook for email
-Previous Solar Industry Experience highly desirable or construction service industry such as Electrical industry would be a plus
-Organizational skills required
