Industrial Painter
Are you an experienced painter looking for a great first-shift opportunity? We’re seeking a reliable Industrial Painter to join a growing team that takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.
If you have experience with industrial coatings, surface preparation, and spray equipment, we’d like to hear from you.
Schedule is 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Pay rate is $20–$21/hour, based on experience.
What You’ll Do
-Prepare metal and plastic parts for painting and fabrication
-Apply a variety of industrial coatings to manufactured products
-Monitor paint application and ensure quality standards are met
-Operate paint equipment and work within paint booth environments
-Assist with moving and rigging large products throughout the painting process
-Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
-Wear and properly use respiratory protection equipment
-Maintain a clean and safe work area
-Report equipment issues and assist with other production duties as needed

Qualifications
-High School Diploma or GED required
-Auto Body or Industrial Painting certification preferred
-2+ years of industrial or automotive painting experience preferred
-Experience with surface preparation and coating adhesion techniques
-Familiarity with media blasting, chemical etching, and degreasing processes
-Ability to mix and apply industrial urethane, water-based, and solvent-based coatings
-Knowledge of activators, hardeners, and paint application equipment
-Ability to produce a high-quality finish
-Strong attendance and time management skills
-Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends when needed
