Ironworker

Trillium Construction is seeking Ironworkers/Structural Welders near Roanoke, TX. 

Key Responsibilities
•  Install roof decking, bar joists, structural steel, and miscellaneous steel on commercial and industrial construction projects.
•  Connected, aligned, and secured structural steel beams, columns, joists, and trusses according to blueprints and project specifications.
•  Reinforced joists and installed stairs, handrails, embeds, support brackets, and other miscellaneous steel components.
•  Hung and secured beams, bolts, nuts, and structural hardware using proper rigging and connection techniques.
•  Read and interpreted structural blueprints, construction drawings, and project plans to ensure accurate layout and installation.
•  Inspected structural steel connections, welds, and completed installations for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
•  Performed structural welding in accordance with AWS D1.1 standards.
•  Conducted visual weld inspections to verify weld integrity and code compliance.
•  Safely operated aerial lifts, hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment while working at heights.

Pay: Up to $35
Schedule: Mon- Sat, 50h+ / week

-OSHA 10 Certification preferred
-Aerial Lift (Man Scissor) Certification preferred
-Rigging Certifications preferred
