Electrician

Join one of the nation’s largest hyperscale AI data center construction projects! Our client is seeking Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a long-term, direct-hire opportunity on a major mission-critical facility in Santa Teresa, NM.

Compensation & Schedule
-Pay: Up to $55.00/hour 
-Schedule: 6 days/week, 10-hour shifts
-Overtime: All overtime paid at Double Time (DT)
-Duration: Long-term project expected to run through the end of 2027
-Employment Type: Direct Hire 

Primary Responsibilities
-Install EMT, RMC, PVC conduit, cable tray, and support systems.
-Pull, route, terminate, and test power and control wiring.
-Install switchgear, transformers, panelboards, disconnects, and electrical distribution equipment.
-Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and electrical schematics.
-Assist with equipment installation, startup, and commissioning.

Requirements
-Current New Mexico Journeyman Electrician License OR
-Eligible for New Mexico license reciprocity from a qualifying state
-Applicants pursuing reciprocity may begin work while their New -Mexico license is being processed. The project allows qualified electricians to work for up to 30 days during the licensing process, provided proof of the reciprocity application has been submitted.

Minimum Requirements
-Minimum 4+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
-Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
-Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
-Experience with conduit installation, cable tray, wire pulling, terminations, and electrical equipment installation.
-Must have standard electrician hand tools.
-Ability to work a 6-day/10-hour schedule with all overtime paid at Double Time (DT).
-Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings and project onboarding
