Health & Safety Manager
Tremendous opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety Manager with this established and growing warehouse company in Groveport, OH!
The Health & Safety Manager will lead health and safety for multiple warehouse sites in Columbus. This role partners with site leadership to strengthen safety practices, verify compliance with OSHA, DOT/FMCSA, and state requirements, and ensure corrective actions are completed as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Support site leaders in health and safety standards.
- Monitor compliance with applicable federal and state health and safety regulations.
- Lead incident investigations and track corrective actions through completion.
- Develop and coordinate training to improve awareness of hazards, controls, and safe work practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections to confirm safety measures are effective and consistently followed.
Salary range is $75,000+ depending on experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- 5–8 years of health and safety experience in a warehouse setting
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) is required
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor is a plus
