Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector position available in the Dexter, Michigan area.

1st shift opportunity to work at our client location who is an established manufacturing company. Possible contract to hire position with a pay rate of $20.00 an hour. Day Shift hours- 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 Monday – Friday, OT as required

Quality Inspector responsibilities:
-Perform in-process inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
-Use precision measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify specifications.
-Read and interpret blueprints, quality instructions, and GD&T.
-Conduct process audits and document inspection results.
-Identify quality issues and communicate findings.
-Assist with sorting, rework, and other quality-related tasks as needed.
-Follow all quality system and safety requirements.

Qualifications for the Quality Inspector:
-Manufacturing quality inspection experience preferred.
-Proficient with non-digital precision measuring instruments and blueprint reading.
-Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-Basic computer and communication skills.
-Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
