Class A Truck Driver
Trillium Drivers is now seeking CDL Class A Truck Drivers in Grand Rapids, MI for a temporary position (possible temp-to-hire)!
Pay rate is $27.00 per hour with OT after 40 hours. Schedule is starting between 6:00 to 8:00 am, Monday - Friday. No weekend work! Drivers will work 10 - 12 hours per day. (Approximately 50 hours per week).

This is a local driving position, allowing you to be home every night, with consistent shuttle route and a supportive, safety-first culture.
What You’ll Do
-Safely operate a Class A semi-tractor trailer with an automatic transmission hauling a 53’ dry van trailer from Grand Rapids, MI to Spring Lake, MI shuttle.
-Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and DOT compliance.
-No touch freight.
-Follow assigned routes and schedules, adapting to traffic, weather, and logistical updates.
-Maintain accurate logs, mileage records, and all other necessary documentation.
-Communicate proactively with dispatch, customers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
-Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
-Promptly report mechanical issues, incidents, or safety concerns.
-Keep your assigned vehicle clean, organized, and inspection-ready.

What We’re Looking For
-Valid CDL Class A license
-2+ years of CDL-A driving experience
-Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety
-Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
-Solid understanding of DOT regulations and compliance standards
-Comfortable operating commercial vehicles in varying conditions
-Strong communication and teamwork skills
