Welder - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking experienced TIG Stainless Welders for an industrial food-grade facility project requiring high-quality stainless welding in a production environment in Hunt Valley Maryland.

Work includes stainless decking, platforms, supports, and miscellaneous fabrication and installation. This assignment begins July 2nd on night shift (4:00 PM – 2:00 AM) with overtime available. Candidates must be willing to work weekends and the holiday schedule, including premium pay opportunities.

Double time will be paid on Friday, July 3rd, 2026, and time-and-a-half will apply for all Saturday and Sunday hours worked. Pay is $38.00 per hour plus $140 per day per diem for qualified travelers. 

This initial assignment is expected to last at least one week, with the possibility of continued work based on performance and project needs. There is a strong likelihood of follow-on assignments in Pennsylvania, including a potential transition to day shift for the month of July, although future work is not guaranteed.  A $240 reduction of force bonus will be paid upon successful completion of all assigned hours and project requirements.

-Candidates must supply their own TIG rig components, including torch, flow meter, and hose, and arrive with all required welding PPE.
-Strong stainless TIG ability, reliability, and experience in food-grade or sanitary environments are highly preferred.
