Construction Laborer

Trillium Staffing is now seeking Construction Laborers in Warren, MI!

Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with competitive pay and overtime potential? We are seeking a safety-focused, dependable team member to join our growing operation.

In this role, you’ll operate heavy-duty forklifts, assist with a variety of construction-related tasks, and work alongside a team committed to safety and quality. Candidates with experience operating large-capacity forklifts (similar to a 28-ton lift) are strongly encouraged to apply.

What We Offer:
-Starting pay of $21.00 per hour, with higher rates available based on experience and qualifications
-Consistent first-shift schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Bring:
-Experience operating forklifts, preferably large-capacity equipment
-Basic construction or labor experience
-Ability to safely use hand and power tools

-Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
-OSHA 10-Hour or OSHA 30-Hour Certification
-Experience working in industrial, construction, or heavy equipment environments
