Millwright - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking Industrial Maintenance Millwrights and Mechanical Technicians for a short-term shutdown project at the Bridgestone facility in Graniteville, South Carolina.

Pay & Benefits
-$34.00/hour
-$120/day Per Diem
-$240 Completion Bonus if all scheduled hours are worked
-Double Time on July 4th
-Time and One-Half on July 5th

Schedule
-Thursday, July 2: 12 Hours
-Friday, July 3: 12 Hours
-Saturday, July 4: 8 Hours (Double Time)
-Sunday, July 5: 12 Hours (Time and One-Half)
-Total Scheduled Hours: 44

This is basic mechanical conveyor maintenance work performed during a plant shutdown. Technicians will be responsible for replacing rollers, conveyor belts, small bearings, photo eyes, and other conveyor components as part of preventive maintenance activities.

Requirements
-Previous industrial maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or millwright experience preferred
-Ability to use standard hand tools
-Comfortable performing repetitive maintenance tasks in an industrial environment
-Ability to work safely at heights when required
-Fall protection and aerial lift work may be required for portions of the project

Important Notes
This is not precision millwright work. There is no welding, rigging, fabrication, equipment setting, or precision alignment involved. The work consists primarily of repetitive conveyor component replacement and preventive maintenance tasks during the outage.

Candidates who complete the entire shutdown and work all scheduled hours will receive an additional $240 completion bonus.
