Millwright - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is now seeking experienced Millwright Welders for a long-term project in Oklahoma City, OK, starting ASAP.

Millwright Welders will be working in an operational UPS facility installing weld-up conveyor systems, including rails, rollers, legs, and conveyor supports. Responsibilities will include setting conveyor, rigging, stick welding, grinding, and performing various mechanical and installation duties as needed.

This project is expected to run through Fall 2027, offering long-term, steady work. The schedule is Monday through Sunday, working 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with 7 ten-hour shifts per week available. Pay is $32-$33 per hour, plus $125 per diem paid all 7 days. Travel pay is also offered at $0.60 per mile, capped at $700 for both inbound and outbound travel.

-Candidates must be willing to assist in all areas of the project and work as part of a team.
-Previous experience installing weld-up conveyor systems in UPS, FedEx, Amazon, or similar distribution facilities is highly preferred.
-All Millwright Welders must pass a weld test consisting of a 1/4” carbon steel plate test using Stick (7018) in the vertical and overhead positions with a single-pass weld. All welding performed on site will be Stick (7018).
-Candidates must also be comfortable working safely at heights up to 20 feet and be capable of performing physically demanding work in an active industrial environment.
-Candidates must provide their own tools of the trade, welding hood, and wear standard PPE, and harness.
-All candidates must successfully pass pre-employment screenings before starting.
