Crew Supervisor II

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Crew Supervisor for work in Alcoa, TN!

Pay rate is $40-43/hr. Shift is a 2/3/2 pattern, 12-hour shifts, 5:30 – 5:30. Successful candidate should be able to work night shift.

Primary Responsibilities 
-Supervising electrical craft, mechanical craft and production employees within the department, acting as a resource for maintenance guidance to craft and other manufacturing personnel.
-Providing technical maintenance support for assigned area.
-Executing planned and unplanned work to meet department goals.
-Coordinate repairs with customers to ensure minimal equipment downtime.
-Following up on equipment issues and developing technical problem-solving solutions.
-Providing on-call response to remedy critical maintenance situations.
-Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives of manufacturing methods, working hand in hand with craft employees.
-Leading LTV processes and procedures.
-Adhering to EH&S, quality, continuous improvement, and other company policies.
-Use of Microsoft and Oracle products is required for this role.
-All other tasks and duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications 
-High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
-Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience with direct reports.
-Minimum of 2 years of hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial environment.
-Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications 
-Associates or BS degree in a technical field (Technical training or associate degree preferred)
-Previous work experience in a similar role
-5+ years heavy industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
-Knowledge of PLCs and hydraulic systems
-Supervisory experience in a Union environment
-Supervisory experience with Production employees
-Strong customer focus and collaboration skills, displays initiative, out-of-box thinking and strong attention to detail
-Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
