We’re seeking a versatile Part-time Office Assistant to join this growing, family-owned construction company in Youngstown, OH.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership of their work in a casual, collaborative environment!

Office Assistant will perform a variety of office duties including answering phones and directing calls, printing and matching invoices, greeting visitors, and other administrative duties as assigned. 

Compensation & Schedule:
-Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr based on experience
-Schedule - Flexible first shift, 30 hours/week between 9a-3p or 8a-2p
-Choose your hours within the office hours!

Requirements:
-Previous experience as Office Assistant in a similar environment, construction a plus
-Any Accounts Payable experience is a plus
-Strong computer skills to include MS Office
-Proven organization and detail orientation
