Production Worker

Manufacturing roles available at a growing company in Bristol, Indiana.

Will work in the lamination area within a router, or wire harness position. Will collaborate with production, safety, and quality teams to meet production goals and quality standards. Pay rate is $19.00-$20.00/hour, 1st Shift, 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Responsibilities for manufacturing positions:
-Review production orders and verify materials.
-Operate equipment while meeting production and quality standards.
-Inspect products and monitor for defects.
-Collect production samples and maintain job specifications.
-Follow all safety and operational procedures.
-Maintain cleanliness of machines and work areas.
-Assist with machine repairs and routine maintenance.
-Use of router in the router position

Qualifications for the manufacturing positions:
-Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in machine operation or lamination.
-Ability to read work orders and use a ruler.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
-Willingness to work overtime as needed.
-Must be able to pass the required pre-employment screening
