Workday Prism Architect

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Workday Prism Architect in Boston, MA for a direct-hire opportunity!

Salary: $136,500–$146,400

Overview:
Enterprise-level Workday Prism Analytics lead responsible for architecture, data modeling, pipeline development, platform support, and reporting strategy. This individual will own the end-to-end Prism environment, partnering with reporting, integration, HRIS, Finance, and business teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead design, development, and support of Workday Prism Analytics.
-Build and maintain data pipelines, datasets, transformations, and security models.
-Architect scalable Prism solutions and establish development standards and best practices.
-Manage ingestion of Workday and external data sources.
-Partner with reporting, integration, governance, HRIS, Finance, and business stakeholders.
-Optimize platform performance and provide Tier 2/3 support.
-Drive Workday reporting strategy, user adoption, and platform expansion.
-Mentor technical resources and promote reusable architecture patterns.

Must-Have Requirements
-5+ years of Workday experience.
-2+ years hands-on Workday Prism Analytics architecture and development.

Strong experience with:
-Workday Prism Analytics
-Data modeling
-ETL/Data pipelines
-Enterprise reporting architecture
-Workday reporting and calculated fields
-Workday HCM and/or Finance data structures
-Experience blending external data with Workday data in Prism.
-Understanding of Workday security and access controls.
-Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications
-Workday Prism Certification.
-Background in data governance, analytics architecture, or enterprise data platforms.
-Experience supporting HRIS, Finance Systems, or Supply Chain reporting environments.
