Millwright - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is now seeking experienced Industrial Millwrights to support the maintenance department at a steel mill in Pittsboro IN

Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulic systems, and other heavy industrial equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. Candidates must be able to read blueprints, perform precision alignments, complete preventive maintenance tasks, and work effectively in a heavy industrial environment while following all site safety requirements.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of seven (7) years of journeyman-level millwright experience in a steel mill, manufacturing facility, refinery, or other heavy industrial setting. Applicants must be dependable, arrive on time each day, possess all required hand tools, wear PPE at all times, and successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including any required drug screening, background check, and site-specific onboarding.

Pay: $32/hour
Per Diem: $100/day worked (paid daily)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Hours: 40–50 hours per week
