Trillium Staffing is now seeking Welders for direct hire in Oshkosh, WI!
Pay rate is 20–$28/hour, based on experience.
Available Schedules:
Weekday Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
Work 36 hours and get paid for 40
Trillium Staffing is seeking Welders for direct hire opportunities with a growing manufacturing company. These positions are a great fit for dependable welders who enjoy hands-on fabrication work, take pride in producing clean welds, and want long-term opportunities with a strong production team.
The Welder will perform welding and fabrication duties while supporting production goals, maintaining quality standards, and working closely with production and quality teams.
We are looking for a Welder who is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, able to work independently, and committed to safety, consistency, and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
-Perform MIG welding on fabricated metal components according to specifications
-Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
-Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
-Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
-Follow all safety procedures and company policies
-Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications:
-Previous MIG welding experience
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use measuring tools
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred Qualifications:
-Manufacturing welding experience
-TIG welding experience
-Experience welding aluminum and stainless steel
-Welding certification
-Familiarity with fabrication equipment and processes
