Field Service Manager

Trillium has an immediate opening for a Field Service Manager in Waukesha, WI!

This direct-hire opportunity is seeking an individual with an industrial or manufacturing background. The Field Service Manager is responsible for the development of the field service personnel, including scheduling technician assignments and supervising work orders.

The Field Service Manager will provide technical and engineering support to the field service technicians for all installations, start-ups, troubleshooting, and maintenance. They will also be responsible for assisting with service quotations, overseeing the service training program, and maintaining the parts department inventory.

75% of work will be on-site in the Waukesha office, and 25% local travel to oversee the field service technicians at customer sites.

Salary range is $80-90,000 + annual bonus.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a field service technician with industrial equipment
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP software
- Valid and clean driver’s license
