Class A Truck Driver
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Class A Driver with Hazmat endorsement and local delivery experience to join our team in St. Petersburg, FL.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM Start Time. Pay rate is starting at $25.00 per hour with OT available. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity!
This position involves local deliveries and requires drivers to load and unload products throughout the day using a pallet jack and hand cart. Candidates must be physically capable of handling the demands of frequent loading and unloading while maintaining excellent customer service and safety standards.
Responsibilities
-Safely operate a CDL Class A vehicle to complete local delivery routes.
-Transport hazardous materials in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
-Load and unload products at customer locations.
-Utilize manual pallet jacks and hand carts to move products safely and efficiently.
-Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
-Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and logs.
-Provide professional customer service at delivery locations.
-Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.

Qualifications
-Valid CDL Class A License with Hazmat Endorsement.
-Minimum of one (1) year of recent, verifiable CDL Class A driving experience.
-Minimum of one (1) year of Hazmat driving experience.
-Previous local delivery experience required.
-Experience using pallet jacks and hand carts.
-Ability to repeatedly load and unload products throughout the workday.
-Must be at least 23 years of age.
-Must be available to work overtime as needed.
-Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
-Must pass a DOT drug screen.
-Must be enrolled in and participate in a DOT-compliant random drug and alcohol testing program.
-Must meet all DOT qualification requirements.
