Installation Technician
Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Hydraulic Installation Technician to install, test, and maintain hydraulic systems in industrial environments.
This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential in Bethlehem, PA.
Responsibilities
-Install and assemble hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, hoses, cylinders)
-Test systems (pressure/flow) and troubleshoot issues
-Repair and maintain hydraulic equipment
-Read schematics and blueprints
-Maintain service records and follow safety standards
-Communicate with team and customers on system performance
What We Offer
-Pay range: $20–$24/hour DOE
-4-day work week (Mon–Thurs)
-Overtime opportunity on Fridays/Saturdays
-Contract-to-hire opportunity (6 months)

Qualifications
-High school diploma or GED (technical training a plus)
-Experience with hydraulic systems (installation/repair)
-Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
-Ability to read blueprints/schematics
