Solar Construction Manager

Hiring Solar Construction Manager (Hybrid Super/PM). This project is in Camarillo, CA. 

Trillium Construction is seeking a self-driven Solar Construction Manager to lead commercial solar & microgrid projects. This hybrid role combines field Superintendence with Project Management, overseeing projects from execution through delivery. Annual salary is $130k/year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
• Lead site construction, safety, quality, and schedule
• Coordinate subs, inspections, and daily field ops
• Manage project execution, schedule, and issue resolution
• Act as liaison between field, engineering, and stakeholders

Requirements:
• 5–10+ years commercial solar experience
• Strong field leadership and technical ability (plans, troubleshooting)
• Experience with microgrid/BESS preferred
• Proven ability to self-manage and lead crews
