Electrical Foreman - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking an experienced Traveling Working Electrical Foreman to lead commercial and industrial electrical crews on fast-paced construction and maintenance projects nationwide.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising electricians and apprentices while actively supporting field installation work. The ideal candidate has a strong industrial and commercial electrical background, leadership experience, and the ability to manage traveling projects safely and efficiently.

Job Details:
-Pay: $45-$55+/hour depending on experience 
-Per Diem, Lodging & Travel Expenses Paid
-Schedule: 6 Days/Week • 10-Hour Shifts
-Temp to hire opportunity

Responsibilities
-Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and industrial job sites
-Coordinate daily field operations, manpower, and project schedules
-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
-Install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial electrical systems
-Work with conduit installation, controls, switchgear, and PLC environments
-Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a strong safety culture onsite
-Manage materials, tools, and jobsite productivity
-Troubleshoot electrical issues in manufacturing and production environments
-Mentor apprentices and maintain high-quality workmanship standards
-Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and onsite personnel

Qualifications
-Active Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the State of Colorado required
-Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Supervisor
-Strong commercial and industrial electrical background
-Experience leading crews and apprentices on active job sites
-Knowledge of controls, automation, PLCs, and troubleshooting
-Ability to manage schedules, materials, and manpower efficiently
-Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and electrical safety standards
-Ability and willingness to travel frequently for projects
-Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
-Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities
