Carpenter Helper

Trillium Construction is seeking Skilled Laborers / Carpenter Helpers for a commercial roofing project.

This project is expected to last approximately 2+ months, with potential for extension. Work will begin as soon as candidates clear onboarding requirements. Pay rate is $25/hr. Schedule is Monday-Friday, working 40+ hours per week for a 2+ month project (potential for extension).

Scope of Work
-Assisting with general construction labor duties on a rooftop environment
-Taping, covering, and protecting roof areas and surfaces
-Applying protective coverings over caulking lines and related materials
-General cleanup duties, including debris removal and maintaining a clean and safe rooftop work area
-Working at heights on a commercial building (approximately 30-35 feet) while tied off at all times

Requirements
-Prior construction experience required
-Must have experience working at heights / elevated work environments
-Must be comfortable working on a roof approximately 30-35 feet in the air
-Strict fall protection compliance required - must remain tied off at all times while on the roof
-Must be able to pass a background check & drug screening!!
-Must wear standard PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, closed-toe boots
