Construction Foreman

Trillium Construction is seeking a Foreman near Hendersonville, TN. 

Key Responsibilities
-    Accurately read blueprints and site plans and execute based on those plans
-    Experience leading and working on projects including but not limited to excavation, site preparation, pipelaying, underground utility work. (running pipe for water treatment or conduit)
-    Ability to operate heavy equipment (excavators, forklifts, skid steers, pressure diggers etc.)
-    Preferred knowledge of running a pressure digger
-    Able to direct/help/teach 1-3 subordinates 
-    Foreman will spend most of the time operating small equipment, like a skid steer or mini ex and direct the laborer of crew on spotting and trenching.

Pay: Up to $30
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 40h+ / week
