Structural Welder - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking a Structural Stick Welder (3G/4G Certified) for an immediate warehouse project in New Albany, OH.

The scope of work includes welding large structural racking systems into place and securing them to the building’s steel framework within an active warehouse construction environment. This is a high-elevation project requiring experience working safely at heights, with welding performed from approximately 60 feet using scissor lift access.
Job Details:
-Job starts Tuesday May 28th for 2 weeks
-50 hours a week
-$40 per hour
-$140 per day per diem – paid 7 days

Scope of Work
-Structural stick welding (SMAW) using 7018 rod
-Installation and welding of warehouse racking systems to structural steel beams
-Elevated welding from scissor lifts at height (approx. 60 ft)
-Active construction/warehouse jobsite environment

Requirements
-Must have 3G/4G structural welding certification
-Must be experienced with stick welding (7018)
-Must be comfortable working at heights
-Scissor lift certification required (training available if needed)
-Fall protection certification required (training available if needed)
-Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening (10-panel)
-Must have personal welding tools, helmet, gloves, chaps, and standard welding PPE
-Must be safety-focused and reliable in field conditions
-Fall protection harnesses will be provided onsite
-Workers are responsible for wearing personal welding gear and PPE
