Human Resources Coordinator

Now hiring an HR Coordinator for a 6 month contract in North Aurora, IL!

Established manufacturing company is seeking an HR Coordinator for an immediate opening!

 The HR Coordinator will assist with operational and administrative tasks supporting the HR department. 

Duties will include entering new hires into ADP, creating badges,  issuing lockers, assisting with applications, background checks, drug screens, scheduling orientations/training, completing I-9 and similar duties. 

Salary range will be $28-$33 per hour depending on experience. This position will be working in-office from Monday-Friday.

Experience:
•    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
•    1-2 years of HR or administrative experience (within a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred but not required)
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•    Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
