CNC Foreman
Trillium Professional is hiring for a 2nd Shift CNC Lathe Lead / Foreman in the greater Wilmington Area, NC (On-site)!
Schedule is 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 12:30 AM). Pay is $29.00 – $46.00/hour (Based on Experience) + 15% Shift Differential.
Trillium Professional is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Lead / Foreman to oversee a dedicated 2nd shift team at a premier precision manufacturing facility. For over 40 years, this company has provided stability and growth through long-term contracts and an unwavering commitment to quality.
As the 2nd Shift Lead, you will be the cornerstone of the shop floor—serving as a skilled hands-on machinist while mentoring a small team to ensure production goals, safety, and precision standards are met.

Your Responsibilities
-Leadership: Supervise and support a 2nd shift team, managing workflow priorities and meeting production deadlines.
-Hands-on Production: Program, set up, and operate CNC lathe machines for high-precision parts.
-Mentorship: Train junior machinists to uphold rigorous internal standards and best practices.
-Quality Control: Read blueprints and use precision instruments to verify all parts meet tight tolerances in our climate-controlled QC lab.
-Collaboration: Communicate effectively with leadership to optimize efficiency and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

What We’re Looking For
-Experience: 3–5 years of CNC lathe experience with a proven background in leadership or supervision.
-Technical Mastery: Strong proficiency in G-code programming, machine setup, and interpreting complex technical drawings/GD&T.
-Communication: Ability to mentor others clearly and solve technical problems on the fly.
-Commitment: A self-motivated professional dedicated to continuous improvement and high-precision standards.
