We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Lead Machinist to join a premier, veteran-friendly manufacturing facility in the Greater Wilmington, NC area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a precision-driven professional looking for a long-term home in a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled shop.

What we’re looking for:
-3–5 years of CNC experience with strong G-code programming and setup skills.
-Proficiency with 4-axis and 5-axis vertical/horizontal milling.
-A detail-oriented mindset capable of working with tight tolerances and complex blueprints.
