Sales Assistant

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Sales Assistant for work in Saginaw, MI!

Key Responsibilities:
-Photograph incoming vehicles and upload quality images to online listings
-Update vehicle inventory in dealership systems and websites
-Assist with pricing vehicles, placing window stickers, and organizing lot layout
-Coordinate minor repairs, detailing, and inspections before vehicles go on sale
-Support sales staff by locating vehicles, preparing test drives, and organizing keys
-Perform light lot maintenance (e.g., keeping vehicles clean and showroom-ready)
-Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and data entry
-Assist in removing snow from cars in the winter

Starting pay rate is $19-20 an hour. Apply now!

Qualifications:
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Basic computer skills and familiarity with uploading photos and editing listings
-Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Preferred skill:  written up an RD-108, or familiar with Frazer or a similar DMS.
