Roofing Estimator

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Commercial Roofing Project Manager/Estimator in Manitowoc, WI for a 100% Employee-Owned roofing company.

We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to oversee commercial roofing projects from estimating through completion. Training is available for the right candidate!

Responsibilities
-Manage multiple roofing projects, schedules, budgets, and quality control
-Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
-Prepare estimates, take-offs, change orders, contracts, and purchase orders
-Conduct site visits and attend project meetings
-Review project documents, safety plans, and payment applications

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-Clean driving record
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work at heights
