Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for a Part-time Accounts Payable Specialist in Danville, IL.

The work schedule is Monday- Thursday 8am-2:30 pm. This is a contract to hire position paying $18.40 per hour to start. You will be processing invoices, process request for payments, do reconciliations, create monthly Illinois sales tax returns, prepare internal and external audit schedule.

-This position requires an Associate Degree in Accounting or Business-related field.
-You must be proficient in all levels of MS Excel
-2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
-Ability to use the company’s software.
-Excellent organizational oral and written skills are required.
-Ability to analyze and direct attention to accounts payable policies and procedures.
