EHS Manager
Now hiring an EHS Manager for direct hire in Aurora, IL!
Established and growing manufacturing company is seeking an EHS Manager for an immediate Direct Hire opening!
The Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager be responsible for all EHS programs which will include designing, implementing and maintaining. This will involve conducting initial and regular inspections, audits and performing root cause analysis. The EHS Manager will oversee HazMat and Emergency response compliance and planning as well as provide EHS training to staff.
This position will be working in-office from Monday-Friday. Typical start time is 7am when conducting new hire safety training. On other days, the schedule is more flexible for earlier or later start times based on candidate preference.
The EHS Manager will support 3 sites (Illinois, Massachusetts, and Texas). Work will be conducted on-site in Aurora, IL with occasional travel to the other locations up to 20%.
Annual salary range is $100-105,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
-5+ years of experience in an EHS role within the manufacturing industry
-Strong EHS compliance standards and regulations knowledge
-Any certification is a plus (CSP, CIH, ASP, CHMM, REM, CPEA or similar)
