Human Resources Generalist
Tremendous opportunity for an experience HR Generalist with this established and growing warehouse company in Groveport!
The HR Generalist will focus on Recruiting with 70% or more of their time spent monitoring posting job ads, monitoring applicant flow, conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews with hiring managers, drafting and sending offer letters, performing background checks and similar duties. Additional duties will include onboarding activities such as sending orientation information, setting up timekeeping and computer access, setting timekeeping and payroll access and similar. Generalist duties to include Employee engagement activities such as event planning, managing event calendar, providing general HR support, building employee communications, supporting general payroll and benefits questions and similar.
1st Shift schedule Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30/5:00pm average 40-45/hrs a week. Pay range will be $65-$70 depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, the HR Generalist will have:
-3 years high-volume full life cycle recruitment experience - preferably within the warehouse, light industrial or similar environment
-1 mos. HR Generalist experience or equivalent education plus recruiting experience
-Strong computer skills
