Warehouse Supervisor
Tremendous opportunity for experienced Warehouse Supervisors to join an established and growing team in Groveport!
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising warehouse workers in specific departments that could include shipping, receiving, inventory, packing, returns and similar. Duties will include hiring, training, work planning, directing work and similar.
This is an onsite, permanent role.
Schedules include:
-1st Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30p
-W/E - Saturday - Tuesday - 6a-4:30p
-W/E - Weds-Sun - 6a-2:30p
-Seasonal 2nd shift - Will work any of the other shifts all year except -Nov/Dec which will be 2nd shift - 3:00p-11:30p Mon-Fri
Pay rate will be 75k annually with strong bonus plan and benefits! This will automatically increase to $86k next year!
To be successful in this role, the Warehouse Supervisor will have:
-3 yrs distribution and fulfillment warehouse experience
-1 yr leadership experience in warehouse environment, preferably a 3PL (3rd party logistics)
-Experience Operating WMS (warehouse management system)
-HSD or equivalent
